Hop on Poppy Noodles A great vegetarian dish when you have guests. It's relatively quick and easy to make in large quantities if need be. 1.Boil 1/2 pack (1/2 lb or 225 gm) of whole grain spaghetti noodles for 10 minutes. Take off heat and drain 2.Stir in 1-1/2 cups light sour cream 1 tablespoon poppy seeds 1/2 teaspoon salt 3.Gently fold in one chopped tomato 4.Place in greased pie plate and cover top with parmesan cheese 5.Bake at 180C (350F) for 20 minutes 6.Makes 4 servings
