Peanut Butter Biscuits 1.Blend thoroughly 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup peanut butter 2.Throw in and mix 1-1/4 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3.Roll into balls and place onto an ungreased cooking tray leaving space for spreading. 4.Flatten the balls by crisscrossing with the tines of a fork. 5.Bake at 190C (375F) for 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly brown.
